DIY CNC Step Clamps Part -2

CNC Clamps 3d Printed on XYZprinting Da Vinci 2.0 Duo 3D Printer

So here we have the clamp portion printed two up on the XYZprinting Da Vinci 2.0 Duo 3D Printer bed.  Note we used the rafting option in printing as since the last firmware upgrade, XYZ Printing has reduced the bed temp from ~100 Dec-C to only 70 Deg-C so with out the “raft” we have been having problems with prints sticking to the bed without rafting (we do have a ticket open with XYZ Printing on the topic).  The other thing is since these are “clamps” the density was increased to medium at 50% fill rate, now too keep in mind these are ABS plastic, so improve the grip and reduce the pressure needed on the clamp the plan is to use Plasti-Dip (click here) to provide the clamps with additional gripping force.
